#service httpd start
#service mysqld start
#mysql_secure_installation (set up root password)

#wget http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/opengoo/fengoffice/fengoffice_1.7.4/fengoffice_1.7.4.zip
#unzip fengoffice_1.7.4.zip -d /var/www/html/

Open Firefox http://localhost/feng_community
